UNLOCK NOKIA BB5 HANDSET'S SECURITY CODE (100% working)
Written by Administrator Monday, 15 June 2009 13:41
The Phone has to be switched ON & working Fine. Not asking for Security Code. (Security Code is different from Keypad Lock Code)If you have forgotten ONLY the Keypad Lock Code: YOU will HAVE TO use *#7370# OR *#7780# to Restore your settings & codes to default.
Now Security LOCK code usually is asked when:
1) You are using the afore-mentioned codes to reset the Settings to default.
2) YOU have set "Lock if SIM Changed" in the Security Tab
Default is: 12345. But some Geniuses change it to their own fancy.
Now the Nemesis Service Suite to Show you the Security Code:
SWITCH on the Phone. Let it get COMPLETELY Switched ON. (you should be able to access MENU, etc)
START Nokia PC Suite
Connect the Phone on PC Suite Mode (Not Mass Storage or any other mode)
Let the PC Suite Recognize the Phone & it should FINALLY Show: Nokia N73 / N85 / N70 etc... connected
Now Do NOT Exit the PC Suite & Start the Nemesis Service Suite & Click on the Upper Right hand Corner to Scan for device >> After it has successfully been connected>> THEN Click on Mobile Info Button>> Click on SCAN>> Click on Permanent Memory TAB (Lower right-hand corner)>>Click on READ. The Log will show the location of the PM file that will be generated. (usually it is C:\Program Files\NSS\Backup\pm\356252*********.pm)
Usually this file will have the name as an IMEI Number.PM eg: 352163016954658.pm
Open this File with Notepad & find [308] then Find 5= e.g: 5=31313131310000000000
==================
Now the Digits of the Security Code are the 2nd, 4th 6th 8th & 10th Digit (in other words the digits in-between the no: 3 are the digits of the Security Code).
Hence in this case the digits are 11111
I am giving another example to make this very simple:
5=31323334350000000000
Here the Security Code is 12345
